Senior Maintenance Engineer
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer with Power Solution Business Systems the primary responsibility will be to facilitate development and implementation of best practice maintenance tools, metrics and standards in our plants around the world. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will act as an expert and consultant to managers in manufacturing and operations.
Key Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Support finalization of Power Solutions Maintenance concept, including description of the concept.
Establish roll out plan together with the other PS-BS teams and discuss and communicate plan to the divisions and plants.
Lead Pilots (Projects) to implement the PS Maintenance Concept across Power Solutions.
Support, coach and challenge plants to continuously improve their maintenance efforts.
RequirementsCompetence Profile:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in manufacturing & maintenance engineering or equivalent
Broad and deep knowledge and experience with maintenance including experience from setting up best-in-class maintenance systems. (Min. 10 years).
Maintenance experience from multiple industries is preferred and strong
experience with Lean Manufacturing is a must.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Ability to connect with and coach people at all levels
Strong drive and ability to execute
Key Performance Indicators:
Increased equipment uptime
Increased Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) & Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) metrics
Increase in relative time spent on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
Continuous Improvement approach through Root Cause Problem Solving
