The Social Media / Marketing Specialist will plan, coordinate, and administer marketing services and programs to implement our brand initiatives and agent support efforts.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital and social media strategy for the company.
Assist agents with content creation, digital marketing plans, and personal marketing initiatives.
Create and manage content for company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and HCS.
Oversee and administer the company's website in collaboration with the Director of Business Development, ensuring content is current and engaging.
Design and distribute a personalized company newsletter, ensuring content and graphics are professional and disseminated in a timely fashion.
Ideal Candidate would have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications or equivalent work experience and knowledge 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and other design software.
Competence in Microsoft Office applications for content creation and management.
Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and advertising.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and advertising strategies.
Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to assist agents in marketing themselves effectively.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to establish criteria and maintain checklists for website compliance.
Successful candidate would be subject to background check and physical.
The Support Staff at Hunziker & Associates is small.
Sometimes there is a need to step in and help out on a short term basis with other tasks when someone is on vacation or out of the office.
While the position is full time - 35-40 hours, there is some flexibility of schedule.
