We are looking to add a technician to help with maintenance work.
Work is primarily done in the Ames and Boone areas.
Each day is a varied so we never get bored doing the same thing over and over.
We are looking for someone who is can learn every day to add to their skill set and is reliable.
We work at a fast pace and many times on our own so we need a person who is able to be self-directed and keep up.
Responsibilities include:
-Maintenance of apartments/houses with our maintenance team members, we repair plumbing issues, appliances, door locks, window screens, drywall and flooring.
-Assist in remodel/renovation work including flooring, door, window and cabinet installs.
-Maintain inventory in vehicle of tools and commonly used parts.
-Accurately track time and materials used for each work order.
-Maintaining equipment and keeping vehicle clean and organized.
Our company provides tools and vehicles, so a good driving record is a must.
We are primarily looking for a high-quality individual who is conscientious in his or her work and is reliable, we are able to train anyone who has the desire to learn and is able to perform at a high level of quality in their work.
