Join our team as a full-time in-person Customer Service Representative at our second-generation, family owned and operated flexible packaging company in Ames, Iowa.
When you join our team, you become a part of the family! A review of applications will begin on May 7th, and continue until the position is filled.
Example Duties/
Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct visitors Work closely with graphics, production, and sales teams Communicate with customers on order-related questions by email and phone Review paperwork for quality and accuracy before it goes to production floor Maintain paper and computer based files Enter and review data in Microsoft Excel and order software systems Required Skills/Abilities:
Written and verbal communication Organization of email, paper and electronic filing systems Ability to prioritize work and respond to multiple requests Computer software skills for data entry (including Microsoft Excel) Problem understanding and problem solving skills Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing industry or previous customer service experience in a related field High School Diploma or GED Intermediate MS Excel skill Experience managing large volumes of email in a professional setting Benefits Include:
