Responsibilities:
Maintenance:
Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repair work including but not limited to:
car wash maintenance, painting, carpentry, repair of light fixtures/lighting systems, parking lot maintenance and repair (including picking up trash), snow and ice removal, lawn maintenance, landscaping and plant care, garage doors and other tasks as assigned.
Help ensure the building equipment and property grounds are operating and maintained at optimum levels.
Snow removal and may include early morning hours.
Safety:
Help ensure compliance of facilities with fire codes, health, environmental and safety requirements, and OSHA and other government regulations.
Inspect building, site and equipment for needed repair / maintenance Service:
Respond promptly and positively to requests from internal staff, taking actions that are appropriate to safeguard the buildings and the assets of the owner.
Promote and maintain good working relationships.
Represent the company with internal and external customers and sets the example for outstanding customer service.
