Retail Sales Call Center Customer Service DealerSocket In this position you will serve the public by providing timely responses to on-line and phone inquiries as well as following up with our customers who have recently purchased or serviced their vehicles with the dealership.

Job Roles:
Managing email communications to prospects and customers (what about text messages and phone calls?).
Assisting the Sales and Service Departments with calls and support.
Work with your team of salespeople and managers to create appts for the dealership.
