30 PM Purchasing Agent 1 your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Researches parts, accessories and materials as needed by the repair shop.
Manages quotes, expenses, and delivery times Creates requisitions, makes purchases, and manages purchases until fulfilled Conducts inventory and reorders to maintain a useful and efficient stock Works in conjunction with Repair Shop staff and leadership on equipment inventory Oversees accounts payable and receivable, managing vendor relations Back up to answering phone and assisting customers in the office, operate light duty vehicles, operate forklift when needed, other duties as assigned.
