RN Case Manager, Hospice

A Day in the Life of a Case Manager Nurse for our Hospice team:
Travels to complete visits for each assignment Obtain, implement, perform, and maintain orders as received by physicians Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures Teach patients and families or caregivers self-care techniques as appropriate Instruct, supervise, and evaluate home care aides as applicable.
Instruct, supervise, and evaluate the visit nurses as applicable.
The pay range for this position is $33.
15 - $41.
44 / hour.
Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
