Responsibilities:
-Friendly, Engaging and Reliable - Assist the owners with daily operations and management of the retail store - Interview, hire, and train new employees - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Monitor inventory levels and listen to what customers are asking for - Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures - Oversee store merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively - Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Conduct employee training and development - Collaborate with the owners to analyze market trends and adjust store operations accordingly -Proficient in social media and not afraid to get in front of the camera for Lives and modeling new arrivals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
Manager experience preferred for manager role.
- Knowledge of inventory management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team Let your style shine and become a part of our boutique family.
