Responsibilities:
Data Integrity, Data Entry and Preparation Material Assistance Ensuring information in our system is accurate and submitting any additions Managing and updating constituent information, when necessary, in our system Special Event Assistance Prepare event name tags, table tents, and place cards Track RSVPs and attendance Staff registration table for ISUF special events as needed Other Duties Assist the Principal and Leadership Gifts team with various projects and office tasks Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be currently enrolled at Iowa State University and be authorized to work off campus without approval from ISSO.
Experience with event coordination is preferred.
Excellent professional communication (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn in-house systems, particularly Ascend on Salesforce.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team while collaborating with other ISUF staff members.
Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects at once.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must provide professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
Must adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

This part-time student position pays $12 per hour at 10-15 hours per week.
The ISU Foundation is a work-study eligible employer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
