The Key Holder is responsible for assisting the Store Manager as needed.
Key Holders will be asked to open or close the store.
Key Holder duties also include handling operational procedures (e.
g.
, bank deposits, paperwork, reporting), providing customer service, and keeping the store clean and organized.
The Key Holder will assist in training employees/volunteers, along with assisting workers to resolve work problems.
The Key Holder will perform the activities of the workers supervised when needed.
What you'll do:
Operate cash register and practice safe cash handling Provide good customer service and answer and/or reply to customer needs and ensure employees do the same.
Prepare shift deposit, and shift count report Prepare daily store report as instructed Calculate and balance cash register Select, inspect, clean and price donations Ensure quality of goods processed meet standards Stock, clean, and maintain sales floor and product rotation Receive donations from the public Sort incoming donations, maintain records of incoming goods, and ship sorted donations to receiving destination Foster and demonstrate a positive team environment.
Assist with training and supervising employees, trainees and/or volunteers.
What you'll need:
High school diploma or GED - Four (4) years of any combination of military service, high school, or related full-time paid employment may substitute for education requirement.
Previous related full-time employment, including supervisory experience.
