Ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction.
Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests, daily Organize nightly audit paperwork and turn over system to the next day Perform hourly rounds of property and document findings Answer telephone in a timely fashion Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required 1-year hotel experience preferred Customer Service experience Ability to handle cash Repetitive motions of standing up and moving about the facility, prolonged standing, sitting or walking based on guest needs Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision Must be able to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) The Gateway Hotel & Conference Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
