This position will work primarily in a physical wet chemistry lab for our seed treatment and crop protection production facility.
This position would be responsible for:
Inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using established test methods Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment Effective communication of batch results to the appropriate personnel Reporting of non-conformances related to quality Generation and maintenance of records related to product quality Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Laboratory testing to support Quality Analyst on day-to-day projects Preparation of media for use in both laboratories Microbial Testing and Plate Reading Assist in plant swabbing program Autoclaving of glassware and solutions Ability to distinguish colors High attention to detail Strong team player High School Diploma or GED, although a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or another scientific discipline is preferred SAP or other manufacturing software experience preferred Previous Quality Control experience preferred PPE:
Steel toed shoes (hard hat, safety glasses and gloves will be provided), long pants Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
