We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team in our Ames, IA Location.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Develop business strategies to expand sales leads and expand market share Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Provide accurate and valid customer information Complete assigned paperwork with a minimum of 30-35% accuracy Keep abreast of new developments in the market in order to anticipate customer needs Continuously improve through feedback Skills:
Genuine Enthusiasm for the Company and products Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making When Dealing With Customer Issues Empathic Attitude Familiarity with CRM and POS Software along with other marketing tools Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
