Maintenance Tech $18/hr Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with extended hours available As a maintenance worker, your job duties are to inspect various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
You also assist with repairing floors, doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.
Maintains buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including but not limited to replacing worn or defective parts such as switches, fuses, faucets, and valves.
Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete.
Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Participates in property safety and preventative maintenance programs to ensure a safe, hazard free working environment.
Assist with setting up, tearing down and cleaning banquet and meeting rooms as assigned.
