Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards - Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and creativity - Assist with catering orders and special event preparations - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Package finished products for display or delivery - Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and service Skills:
- Proficient in cake decorating techniques and designs - Experience in catering or large-scale baking operations - Strong baking and cooking skills, including knowledge of different pastry techniques - Knife skills for precise cutting and shaping of ingredients - Familiarity with food industry best practices and standards - Knowledge of pastry production processes, including mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing - Understanding of food safety guidelines and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area Note:
