As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties that meet their needs.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Duties - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants - Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references - - - Maintain accurate records of rental activity, tenant information, and lease agreements Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred - Knowledge of fair housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines - Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and resolve conflicts - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Familiarity with real estate administrative processes, including filing and record keeping If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
