We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, facilities management, and possess knowledge of legal administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Handle property leasing and ensure occupancy goals are met - Implement and enforce property policies and procedures - Maintain accurate tenant files and records - Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance projects - Handle legal administrative tasks related to property management - Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations - Ability to handle legal administrative tasks related to property leases This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in property management and legal administrative tasks will be utilized effectively.
