Position Summary Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests during varying hours between 11pm and 7am.
Job Functions Report to work in uniform presented professionally, neat, and clean Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner.
Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel they are welcome and valued Anticipate and exceed the needs and expectations of our guests Greets guests with a warm welcome and provides genuine customer service Respond to guest complaints or issues in a timely manner Assist with on-going deep cleaning Maintain open lines of communication between all departments within the hotel Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records Other duties as requested by management Position Requirements Minimum Knowledge:
Requires a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Previous customer service experience is required.
