Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate caregiving to individuals in need of assistance.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to approprate staff.
- Engage in meaningful interactions and activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Ensure the comfort and dignity of clients at all times.
- Adhere to clients' rights and HIPPA guidelines.
- Collaborate with care team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on best practices in caregiving and attend training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Compassionate and empathetic nature Strong communication skills Reliable and dependable Ability to pass background check Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required (we can train you!) High school diploma or GED Available after one year and if you meet minimum requirements:
