We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Manage front desk operations, including welcoming guests and ensuring a professional environment Skills:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent administrative skills, including recordkeeping, data entry, and file management - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Need to know accounts payable and accounts receivable We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
