Scrum Master
The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and training teams on Scrum and Agile methodology, as well as facilitating process and removing roadblocks to get teams working effectively. Additional responsibilities include educating, training, evangelizing, and encouraging a continuous and transparent process improvement philosophy at all levels of the development organization. This role will work with teams with limited Agile experience and requires experience developing and strengthening Agile mindsets within service development and product management.
Responsibilities:
Work with the package development teams and product owners to create a collaborative environment.
Facilitate Scrum events: Roadmap Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Standups, etc.
Protect the teams from distractions by removing impediments at all levels of the organization.
Coach the teams on Agile practices and encourage adaptation and iteration and an environment that fosters Agile.
Provide thought leadership around Agile best practices to internal teams and management.
Fine tune Agile processes to deliver successfully within the corporate culture.
Collaborate across package development teams and other functional groups as required to remove impediments and deliver on time for all Sprints.
Provide leadership and direction to the teams, business partners and management, and empower the teams to self-organize.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
