Sr. HR Director, Hydrostatics Division
Preferably located in Neum nster / Germany or Ames / Iowa
The role will act as a Global Sr. HR Director for the Hydrostatics Division. The division currently has a total headcount of around 2,250 employees mainly consisting of 880 white collar and 1350 blue collar employees in 5+ countries around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute as a member of the divisional leadership team to create the business strategy
Formulate, translate and execute the people enabling strategy
Global Process responsibility to execute Danfoss Group priorities in the division:
Talent Management, i.e. utilizing global process such as People Review and Succession Planning, Performance Management, Strategic Competence Management as well as Employee Engagement concepts
People Development (incl. divisional specific concepts)
Compensation Management (Providing oversight of position evaluation and compensation aspects for the Hydrostatics division )
Overview, coordinate and implement HR global policies in the division
Assure organizational aspects and processes to be considered when implementing decisions
Accountable for capitalizing annual improvements within people engagement and KPIs
Facilitate cooperation between CoE/RSS and HRBP to drive business value and to increase the understanding of divisional specific terminology
Serve as a member of the business segment HR Leadership Team (GHRLT)
Qualifications:
University Degree or similar in the area of Human Resource
10+ years of experience in a global environment (incl. 5+ years of experience in HR leadership)
Influence & inspire business leaders to identify needs; plan and drive change in a global context
Demonstrate strong understanding of the principles of behavioral changes and operating in a matrix environment
Demonstrate strong capability in conflict resolutions and difficult situations
Strong experience in developing talent strategies
Demonstrate commercial leadership in HR initiatives
Masters non-judgmental respect for other perspectives and cultures
Enjoys working in a multicultural environment requiring a skilled blend of tact, discernment and empathy
Ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Solution-oriented with excellent problem solving skills
Excellent English skills (oral and written)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
