Warehouse Staff

Work with company suppliers to make sure that inventory is in route, on shelves and well stocked. You are a record keeper of materials, equipment model and serial numbers, submission of warranties, and supply trucks. Will work in our warehouse receiving shipments, entering data, running parts, and working with technicians and customers. Ensure that all materials are properly stored, accurate, and appropriate levels of inventory are all maintained. Monitors parts and initiates action to replenish stock in the warehouse and daily truck stock. Process purchase orders, track orders, and minimize problems with orders. Record purchases, preform physical count of inventory and reconcile assorted stock count to computer generated reports. Receive, unpack, and restock items as necessary and label all parts. Responsible for tool check out and repair of tools as needed. Help schedule vehicle maintenance. Keep shop clean and all items put away. Operate forklift for loading and unloading Other Duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
