Clinical Professor of Nursing Education

The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) at Iowa State University seeks applicants for a 12-month, full time, non-tenure eligible Clinical Assistant Professor position to serve as the Director of Nursing Education. The position will be 50% administration and 50% instruction and advising. The Director will lead the development of a BSN curriculum as a 2-year, campus-based degree program to transition the RN to BSN in the FSHN Department. The Director will provide leadership and oversight to develop the curriculum abiding by the governing institution, regulatory, and accreditation standards. The Director will prepare curriculum documentation for regulatory and accreditation standards. The Director will collaborate with the FSHN faculty to develop student learning outcomes. The administrative component of the position will include recruiting adjunct faculty to assist with instruction and coordinating educational experiences. Additionally, the Director will provide instruction for clinically-related courses, such as community nursing and research, and will serve as the academic advisor for BSN students. This is a 5-year term-appointment with potential for renewal and promotion in rank is possible.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
