Procurement Admin (Owner Support Associate)

Summary: Provide Customer Service and administration support select group of target Aligned Owners. This position is designed to provide "Best In Class" service & support to our owners as well as other internal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for accurate maintenance and reconciliation of Purchase contracts.
Reconciles & manages length positions for assigned products.
Assigns orders to customer contracts.
Invoices for fertilizer products, freight, storage and accrued interest.
Enters information into computer; creates and generates computer reports for customers, suppliers, and management. Communicates same to customers, suppliers, and others within the Business Unit.
Provides effective service to management, other employees, customers, suppliers, and the public, either through direct contact or use of phone, email, or other technology.
Other duties that may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience ? ? 2-year Accounting or Business Degree (4-year preferred); or, minimum of four years related experience and /or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting proficiency and an understanding of accounting system software are essential.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, supervisors, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to apply concepts of basic math (add, subtract, divide, multiply) in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - Must have basic computer software understanding for accurate data entry and reporting; Experience in Microsoft Office programs.
Other Skills, Abilities. and Qualifications -. Strong and effective communication and organizational skills are essential. Must be able to multitask with several projects occurring at the same time. Must have current state driver's license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
